Womens’ cricket at the PCG continues to grow and develop; during the 2010 the club will be playing in the Nottinghamshire Cricket Board Kwik-Cricket competition, the Nottingham Youth Cricket League and the Womens Midlands League Division 3 (North).  There will be age-group cricket for all ages from U8 to U16.

Senior winter nets will again be held at Trent Bridge this year and will run each Wednesday between 8.00 and 9.00 pm in the Sobers Hall.  They start on 20th January 2010 and will continue each Wednesday until 21st April.
These sessions are aimed at senior cricketers only; junior net details will be confirmed in due course.

The Plumtree Womens team played against rivals Sileby again on Sunday and followed up their victory on President’s Day with another fine win, this time by 13 runs.  Plumtree batted first and reached a creditable 110 for 4 with Elouise Haywood  scoring 22 and Kelly Sladen 53 not out.
