Following this week’s win at Gedling Colliery in the T20, it has now been confirmed that we will be playing Rolls Royce Leisure at Hucknall in the semi final.  The game takes place at Rolls Royce on Tuesday 5th July, 6 pm start with the following day as a reserve in case of bad weather.

An exciting win in the darkness last night as Plumtree overcame Gedling Colliery in a close game; Plumtree won the toss and fielded and Gedling scored 150 for 5 on their high-scoring ground.  Plumtree overcame this total with one ball to spare thanks mainly to 59* from Ben Thompson and 44 from Michael Tew.

The quarter final of the SNCL Twenty20 competition has been confirmed – Plumtree will be playing Gedling Colliery at Plains Road on Wednesday 22nd June, 6.15 pm start.
There will be no senior training that evening at the PCG.

Thanks to Clive’s wonderful box of tricks, we can now publish weekly Most Valuable Player (MVP) stats on all 1st XI games; it is hoped to extend this to all league and cup games in future so that everyone can compare how they fare in matches, not just through averages.
