Final of SNCL T20 Postponed Until Monday 19th July
July 15, 2010
Much to no-one’s surprise, the South Notts Cricket League Twenty20 final due for last Wednesday was postponed courtesy of the torrential downpour that took place over The PCG. It is has therefore been agreed that the game will now be played on Monday 19th July starting at 6.00 pm. Benters’ Bar & Grill will be open for business and it looks like it could be a good game between Notts Unity Casuals and Rolls Royce Leisure.
The winners will be awarded the Chris Trafford Trophy and go on to play the winners of the Bassetlaw Twenty20 competition, Arnold Notts Amateurs, on 21st July at Goosedale, for the chance to take the final spot in the Nottinghamshire Premier League Twenty20 competition at Trent Bridge on 13th August. They will join Clifton, West Indian Cavaliers and last year’s winners Cuckney in the finals day.
