Bobby Gamble Selected for Nottinghamshire CCC Academy

Club member Bobby Gamble had some great news this week when he learnt he had been selected to join the Nottinghamshire CCC Academy for 2010; as a member of the 2009 Emerging Players Programme (EPP), Bobby has played in a number of games for the Academy side currently heading the Bassetlaw League table.
Bobby was delighted to learn of his promotion – “I’m very happy to be moving on from the EPP into the Academy; I am very lucky to have been selected to play for the Academy Team this year as Chris Tolley was seeing me play every week and gave me a chance to show him what I could do. It’s a big step up from the EPP to the Academy and a much larger commitment but it is one I look forward to greatly. Hopefully in the Premier League next year Plumtree will be one of our opponents!”
